We moved from the Seattle area to my former hometown. After 12 years in the big city we're (as my husband likes to say) "going all country".
I love it! I feel like we are starting a similar journey, it will be interesting. We both moved to the "country" from urban areas. We have horses as neighbors, but the cows are just down the gravel dirt road! Do you have well water and propane gas?I can't wait to see how you decorate the house!
Hey Jamie. It's is interesting that we are on the same path right now. And yes, we have a well, propane gas and a septic. No water and sewer bills for us anymore. Yippee!
